Effective 2/19/2020, Pub.L.No. 116-54 Small Business Reorganization Act of 2019 establishes a new subchapter V under Chapter 11. Per section 1188 of the Code, the debtor shall file a status report detailing the debtor's efforts to attain a consensual plan of reorganization, 14 days prior to the status conference / hearing.

 

Step-by-Step Procedures:

  1. Select [Bankruptcy>Other]

  2. Enter case number and click Next

  3. Select Small Business Subchapter V Status Report (Code 1188) from event pick list and click Next

  4. Select Party from party pick list and click Next

  1. The PDF Document selection page will display.

  2. Browse, View, and Attach, click Next

  3. Click next again

  4. The Final Text screen will display. This you final opportunity to modify the entry before submitting the filing.

    Verify the accuracy of the docket text. If not correctClosedclick bankruptcy to start over / if correct, click Next

  5. Process complete

The Notice of Electronic Filling will display. It serves as verification that the filing has been sent electronically to the court.
